Additive Manufacturing Capabilities

We use advanced Bambu Lab H Series technology to manufacture precise, functional parts across a wide range of applications.

🖨️

Industrial 3D Printing

Produce functional components, prototypes, fixtures, jigs and custom parts with repeatable and accurate FDM additive manufacturing.

🧩

Custom Components

Manufacture unique or obsolete components that may be difficult, expensive or time-consuming to source using conventional methods.

⚙️

Low-Volume Production

Produce small production runs without expensive tooling or moulds, making additive manufacturing an economical option for specialised parts.

Bambu Lab H2C Additive Manufacturing

Our Bambu Lab H2C printers provide advanced multi-material manufacturing capabilities for producing functional prototypes, custom components and low-volume production parts.

The H2C combines high-speed automated manufacturing with engineering-focused features, allowing us to work with a broad range of technical and reinforced filament materials.

Its multi-material Vortek hotend system provides significant flexibility for complex multi-material manufacturing applications.

Materials for Functional Applications

Material selection is an important part of successful additive manufacturing. We can help select a material based on strength, stiffness, temperature, durability, appearance and application requirements.

PLA

Cost-effective prototypes, models and general-purpose parts.

PETG

Durable parts requiring improved impact and chemical resistance.

ABS / ASA

Engineering applications requiring durability and temperature resistance.

Nylon & Composites

Technical applications requiring enhanced mechanical performance.

Our 3D Printing Process

From your digital model through to the finished component, we provide a straightforward process designed around accuracy, functionality and value.

1

Upload Your Design

Send us your STL, OBJ, 3MF or CAD model. If you do not have a suitable model, we can discuss your design requirements.

2

Design & Material Review

We assess the model, application and required performance to help determine a suitable material and printing approach.

3

Additive Manufacturing

Your component is prepared using professional slicing software and manufactured on our Bambu Lab H2C system.

4

Inspection & Delivery

Finished parts are inspected before being prepared for collection or delivery.

Applications & Benefits

Additive manufacturing is particularly valuable where conventional manufacturing methods are too expensive, slow or inflexible.

Custom & One-Off Parts

Manufacture specialised components that are not readily available commercially, including obsolete or difficult-to-source parts.

Replacement Parts

Produce replacement, temporary or backup components for machinery and equipment to help reduce downtime.

Functional Prototypes

Test real components and assemblies before committing to more expensive production methods.

Low-Volume Production

Manufacture small quantities without the tooling costs associated with injection moulding or other conventional processes.

Why Choose Image IT Design?

We combine digital design capability with modern additive manufacturing technology to provide practical solutions for real-world engineering and manufacturing requirements.

Functional Manufacturing

We focus on producing parts that can actually be used, tested and installed — not just visual prototypes.

Engineering Focus

Material selection, geometry and print orientation are considered in relation to the intended application.

Cost Effective

Additive manufacturing can reduce tooling, setup and machining costs for custom and low-volume parts.

What Our Clients Say

We work with engineers, manufacturers, inventors, product developers and businesses across a wide range of applications.

"Was great to work with. Helped me through the whole process. Provided valuable input on the right material and suggested adjustments that improved the final order. Highly recommended!"

— Philip

"Excellent service, affordable, and attentive. Will use ImageIT for my printing needs from now on."

— Luis

"Amazing service! The print order was originally scheduled to be completed within 2 days and was actually delivered in one day. Quick service and a very competitive price."

— Sharat

"Excellent results on all 38 parts created and at a very reasonable price. A lot less post-processing clean up than I was expecting, too!"

— Quino
